Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with mining or heavy industrial equipment such as conveyors, crushers, screens, or material handling systems.
• 2+ years supervisory or lead maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and equipment specifications.
• Experience working within MSHA or similar safety-regulated environments preferred.
• Strong leadership, safety mindset, and hands-on problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead mechanical maintenance activities for surface operations.
• Manage preventive maintenance (PM) programs and equipment repair priorities.

Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor – Surface is responsible for leading the mechanical maintenance team supporting surface operations. This role oversees equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, repair prioritization, safety compliance, and workforce leadership.
