Are you a hands-on leader who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? Join Americare in Columbia, MO, as a Maintenance Supervisor and play a key role in creating a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents and team.

In this leadership position, you’ll supervise and coordinate a team responsible for maintaining and repairing our community’s physical structures, utility systems, and grounds. From HVAC and electrical systems to painting and structural repairs, your expertise ensures our neighborhood stays in top shape.

Our Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility systems of buildings and maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility systems of buildings and maintaining grounds: Directs workers engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings and maintaining and repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating and ventilating systems and lock out tag out.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers
  • Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA regulations, and federal/state guidelines
  • Supervisory experience preferred
