Job description

The Maintenance Supervisor performs repairs and routine preventative maintenance to mechanical equipment, utility systems, structures, and grounds, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. This qualified individual supervises the maintenance team and applicable vendors related to maintenance, capital improvements, and physical property, such as landscaping. They perform various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. They work as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the management company. Additionally, they interact with residents and staff in a professional, courteous manner and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Fulfill preventative maintenance orders for customers

Qualifications:

1. The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, patience, and a can-do attitude.
2. Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
3. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
4. Ability to lift 50 lbs, crawl, work in tight spaces, and excellent physical dexterity.
5. HVAC Certified.

Compensation:

$28 - $33 hourly
