Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years experience in lead or supervisory roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Strong communication and safety knowledge (OSHA familiarity).

Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of department.
• Ensures that all direct reports follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and safety practices.
• Train and supervise Team Members on correct procedures for maintenance repairs.
• Monitor production and plant utilities’ equipment efficiencies.
• Supervise, develop and train Team Members on best maintenance practices.
• Ensure daily preventative maintenance routing sheets are completed.
• Other duties assigned by Management.
