Job summary

EXO-S US LLC in Texas seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance teams, enforce PPE and 5S, and reduce downtime while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, inspect equipment, manage tool needs, and drive continuous improvements to achieve production targets.

Experience with blow molding environments and changeover activities is preferred; strong communication and KPI management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Blow molding experience preferred.
• Changeover experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and Windows knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Attend transition meetings with Maintenance team.
• Advise on tooling needs for production.
• Evaluate and approve equipment for Maintenance staff.
• Audit 5S practices and maintenance processes.
• Lead cost savings and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate downtime repairs with scheduler.
• Mentor Maintenance staff and ensure timely work orders.
