Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee established standards for our student communities, focusing on safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. Working with the Property Manager and Regional Maintenance Manager, you will lead on-site maintenance staff and ensure residents receive high-level service.

The role pays $33 per hour, plus shared commission, and is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits for associates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing.
• Management experience required.
• Maintenance and safety certifications.
• CPO certification is favorable.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical assets of the property.
• Provide solutions to issues on the property.
• Suggest opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain safety records and environment for staff and residents.
