Job summary

Article Student Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all property maintenance operations at our high-end student communities. You will lead the on-site maintenance team, ensure safety, curb appeal, and responsive service for residents.

Reporting to the Property Manager and coordinating with the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and implement efficiency improvements while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in residential apartment-style housing.
• Management experience.
• Maintenance and safety certifications.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• CPO certification is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all physical assets of the property.
• Provide solutions to issues or concerns that may arise on the property.
• Provide suggestions for opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain safety records and ensure a safe environment for staff and residents.
• Manage the on-site maintenance team and instruct on best practices.
• Maintain budget and work with 3rd party vendors.

Article Student Living is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and ensure our established standards for our communities, including safety, appearance, and all property maintenance operations. As a high-end community, the standards for grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal are a priority. Together with the Property Manager, you will oversee the work of other maintenance staff on location. You and your team will work with residents, so excellent customer service is something we take in high regard.

The pay is $31.50 per hour, plus commission and an annual bonus.
