Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred to be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall maintenance of the property.
• Schedule apartment turns and perform necessary repairs.
• Train other maintenance employees.
• Maintain all required logbooks and comply with EPA requirements.
