Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team ofMaintenance Technicians across our mechanical separation facility, owning crew performance, safety accountability, and equipment reliability. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS teams in a startup culture.

Requirements include hands-on industrial maintenance experience, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure PM execution.
• Enforce safety standards, PPE, LOTO, and permit-to-work.
• Coordinate maintenance with Production and Engineering teams.
• Develop technicians technically and professionally for growth.
• Ensure complete work-order documentation with notes and labor hours.
• Foster a safe, inclusive team culture focused on accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and breakdown response.
• Maintain equipment reliability across plant operations.
• Drive safety performance across the maintenance crew.
• Coordinate with planners to schedule PMs and optimize downtime.
