Redwood Materials seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Maintenance Technicians across our mechanical separation facility. You will own crew performance, safety accountability, and reliability of plant equipment while collaborating with production, engineering, and EHS teams in a startup culture.
The role focuses on preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and equipment improvement projects, with direct accountability for safety, performance, and documentation.

Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor willbe responsible forleading a team of Maintenance Technicians who execute preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and equipment improvement projects across our mechanical separation facility. Serving as the on-site maintenance leader, you will be expected to own crew performance, safety accountability, and the reliability of plant equipment while working closely with production, engineering, and EHS teams. You will be working in a startup culture.
