Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead equipment and facility maintenance in our manufacturing and uniform service plant. You will plan and assign daily work for technicians, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and laundry equipment, and coordinate outside contractors as needed.

You will also schedule preventive maintenance, manage spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and laundry equipment to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate outside contractors as needed for complex repairs or installations.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and manage spare parts inventory to prevent stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
• Train and mentor team members to support continuous improvement and skill growth.
• Partner with operations to keep production running reliably and efficiently.
