Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in International Falls, MN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Planner to coordinate and lead maintenance activities in our paper mill. You will plan and schedule work, oversee safety programs, and ensure asset reliability in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires strong communication, leadership experience, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a craft or maintenance related position.
• High standard of safety awareness, strong communication skills, and excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong technical and maintenance skills.
• Solid working knowledge of PC applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Results oriented and knowledgeable of asset management and proactive maintenance techniques.
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team preferred, or a strong understanding of the importance of open communication and information sharing among co-workers.
• Must be able to travel as necessary.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.
