• Responsible for oversight of 4 maintenance techs and the predictive/PM maintenance program of a chemical operation
• Responsible for planning and scheduling of predictive and preventative maintenance jobs in their CMMS system (SAP)
• Responsible for day-to-day supervision of the equipment
• Manage the spare parts inventory
• Mentor, coach, train, and provide guidance to the team
• Must have 3-5 years of leadership experience plus 8+ years in maintenance
• Prefer candidates from the chemical industry, but not required
• Must have 480V 3-phase electrical experience with a multi-craft background
• Strong planning and scheduling skills with experience in a legitimate CMMS system, preferably SAP
