Qualifications

• General computer knowledge helpful for record keeping and on-site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs to apartments and common areas.
• Prepare vacant units for tenants.
• Assist with snow and trash removal and emergency repairs.
• Perform cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance of grounds.
• Order maintenance equipment and supplies; keep records; accept deliveries.
