Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at an apartment community in Seffner, FL. This full-time position emphasizes communication, customer service, and competency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident satisfaction and uphold safety, appearance, and operational standards
• Perform hands-on maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, exterior repairs, appliance repair, and cleaning
• Manage daily maintenance operations, including vendor relations, reporting, and recordkeeping
• Handle service requests for repairs and preparing vacant units for new residents

Minimum Requirements
