Job summary

Grande Cheese Company in Juda, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations during the PM shift. The role focuses on equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with high quality standards.

You will manage the annual maintenance budget, mentor Maintenance Associates, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a positive work culture and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 Year / Associates Degree in a related technical field required. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
• Minimum of six (6) years related maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
• Supervisory experience and/or formal leadership training required.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to: Provide clear direction and effective coaching; Delegate tasks and share responsibility/accountability; Build trust and foster team collaboration; Manage and resolve conflict effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations during the PM Shift at our Juda Facility.
• Oversee all maintenance activities to support plant operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage the annual plant maintenance budget and allocate resources.
• Develop and support Maintenance Associates and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
• Promote a positive work culture aligned with Grande’s mission and values, with a strong focus on safety and performance.

Hours & Shift:PM Shift | Flexible Start between 4 PM–4 AM | 8-Hour Shifts | Monday - Friday

Job Summary

You’ll play a critical role in promoting a positive work culture that aligns with Grande’s mission and values, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, performance, and operational excellence.

What you need to be considered for the role:

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

This role requires the ability to occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to50 lbs. The work environment may involve exposure toextreme temperatures (both hot and cold), high humidity, and loud machinery.
