Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Nights) for an Oregon pharmaceutical manufacturer in Eugene. The role leads maintenance technicians, ensures equipment reliability, and maintains safe, compliant facility systems in a regulated production environment.

Responsibilities include leading overnight maintenance, coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective activities, and maintaining CMMS records in line with site procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably supporting automated production equipment and facility systems.
• Leadership experience overseeing maintenance technicians, mechanics, or skilled trades personnel.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems.
• Experience troubleshooting equipment failures and driving corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Proficiency with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance documentation.
• Experience supporting operations within a 24/5 manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support overnight maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and minimize disruptions to production.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support operational goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and CMMS documentation in accordance with site procedures and compliance requirements.
• Drive equipment reliability initiatives through root cause analysis, process improvements, and maintenance best practices.
