Your experience in hands-on maintenance and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and vehicles.

**Location:** Muskegon, MI

**Starting Pay:** $25/hr (32 hours per week)

**Job Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all residential and office properties
• Oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality
• Supervise the maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring regular inspections and compliance with safety standards
• Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors for maintenance services
• Monitor utility usage and optimize efficiency across all properties
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment purchases
• Supervise and train a small maintenance team, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding fleet operations and facility management
• Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance operations, identifying cost-saving opportunities

**Qualifications/Experience:**
• Strong knowledge of building systems and vehicle mechanics
• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• Solid organizational and leadership skills
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions
• High School Diploma or Proof of Equivalency
