Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily (Floating)

Job Description Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-in, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service, and personal attention to our residents. The Maintenance Supervisor responds to resident service requests and helps Cushman & Wakefield deliver superior customer service.

Essential Job Duties:
  • Prepare all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
  • Complete resident service requests promptly.
  • Maintain knowledge of various maintenance functions such as plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and snow removal.
  • Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
  • Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.
  • Report maintenance issues affecting the budget or safety to the manager.
  • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, recording such activities.
  • Be knowledgeable of housing laws, codes, policies, and systems.
  • Attend training programs as required.
  • Provide superior customer service and maintain professionalism.
Competencies:
  • Ability to work any shift, including Sundays through Saturdays.
  • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting graphs.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Certifications such as CPO, EPA 608 Type II, as required by city or state.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or vocational training.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Required certifications: EPA 608 Type II, CPO, or local city certificates.
Work Environment:

Operates in a professional office environment with travel between properties in varying weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to travel, climb stairs, lift up to 100 pounds, and perform physical tasks as required.
