As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the entire maintenance process for the property, including ordering supplies, diagnosing problems, and performing service requests, with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Customer service focused
  • Supervise workflow and delegate tasks
  • Manage budgets and order supplies
  • Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical (unlicensed), carpentry, pool, roof, and gutter issues
  • Address landscaping and snow/ice removal
  • Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers
  • Perform service requests promptly and accurately
  • Use computers and software efficiently
  • Meet service work order and vacancy turnaround standards

Education and Experience

  • Lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Vision abilities required
