Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the interior and exterior areas of our community meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and complete repairs following policy and code requirements.

You will also oversee the make-ready process for vacant apartments, conduct pre-move-out inspections, create punch lists, coordinate vendors, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
