The Successful Candidate Should Have the Following Requirements:

• 3-5 years of general maintenance experience
• EPA certification and willingness to take calls after hours
• Strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing community maintenance
• Customer-focused attitude and supportive team player
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other community systems
• Previous lease-up experience preferred
