Job summary

Guardian Glass is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Richburg, SC facility. You will lead a skilled team of technicians, align maintenance priorities with production goals, and ensure smooth, efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing maintenance concepts (preventive, predictive, reliability).
• Experience in cross functional communication.
• Experience leading a team of Technicians.
• Ability to work 5am-3pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Develop a set of responsibilities aligned with the facility vision based on talents and strengths.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Planners to carry out priorities and complete work orders on time.
• Coach and provide feedback to help employees grow within their roles.
• Create an environment that encourages learning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure activities do not impede production goals.
• Maintain open lines of communication with direct reports about the business and company.
