Job summary

Pilgrim in Utah is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities and ensure safe, reliable operations. You will lead maintenance staff, assign tasks, monitor work quality, and enforce safety protocols.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in maintenance, and strong written/oral communication. Spanish language skills are a plus. Experience with PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, welding, and construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• College experience with management emphasis beneficial.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Good written and oral skills.
• PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Welding and Construction knowledge.

Responsibilities
