Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Highland Court Senior Residences to lead the maintenance team and ensure the property's integrity. The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on efficient maintenance operations.

You will inspect, coordinate make-ready, supervise service requests, and uphold safety standards while delivering professional service to residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
