Houston Apartment Foundation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory compliance in our facility. The role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise a maintenance team, coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and implement a preventive maintenance program to keep HVAC, boilers, water systems, and generators in optimal condition.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a facility setting.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and track preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control for maintenance.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations and supervise a maintenance team.
• Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance, including inspections.
