Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a dependable Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a Cameron, Texas healthcare facility, ensuring safety, functionality, and regulatory compliance.

You will hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, manage HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and generators, and oversee supplies, budgets, and contractor work to support high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Facility maintenance experience, healthcare or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, boilers, water systems, and emergency systems.
• Ability to develop and manage a preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations: hire, train, and supervise maintenance team members.
• Promote safety and compliance: conduct and document fire system inspections and coordinate monthly fire drills.
• Oversee preventive maintenance: develop and implement a preventive maintenance program.
• Maintain equipment: inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, laundry equipment, and generators.
• Manage supplies and budget: order maintenance supplies and equipment while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Supervise contractors: oversee and coordinate work by external contractors.
• Maintain standards: ensure the facility and its equipment are safe, operational, and compliant with all regulations.
• Train staff: provide job-specific training and promote adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinate schedules: plan department staffing according to census needs and labor budgets.
