Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Nashville to lead the service team, coach staff, and ensure exceptional resident service. You will schedule activities, uphold safety, budgets, and standards while fostering a positive, upbeat work environment.

You must have at least 2 years of maintenance leadership experience, 1 year of team leadership, and comfort with new technologies and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing maintenance for a community.
• Led a team for at least 1 year.
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in speaking, writing and understanding English.
• Able to use computers and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service team performance and model positive behavior.
• Support the Property Manager in enforcing community standards and procedures.
• Ensure safety policies are followed across the site.
• Coach, mentor and set goals for staff.
• Schedule daily activities with quality and efficiency.
• Monitor budgets and long-range planning.
• Maintain shop, equipment, inventory, and security.
