Job summary

Norsk Hydro in Cressona, PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools and equipment. This role directs work priorities based on production demands and guides the maintenance team in scheduling repairs, maintenance, and installation to support reliable operations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in industrial manufacturing with broad technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics, and can learn CMMS and

Qualifications

2+ years in an industrial manufacturing setting.
Technical understanding across electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
Ability to learn CMMS, Oracle and related programs.
Preferred: extrusion equipment and processes knowledge.

Responsibilities

Direct and assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of machines, tools and equipment.
Set priorities based on production demands and schedule repairs.
Oversee and schedule maintenance team activities to align with the manufacturing schedule.
Ensure preventative maintenance is performed and safety measures are followed.
Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and repair/replace equipment as needed.
