Job summary

Haas Door is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Ohio to lead a team of technicians in installing, troubleshooting and repairing production equipment. You will direct maintenance activities across all lines and support equipment to ensure uptime and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years in industrial maintenance, and supervisory experience. Expect hands-on supervision with a focus on safety, efficiency, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience is required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, climb, reach and walk regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performance maintenance team.
• Ensure safety adherence at all times.
• Keep maintenance areas and vehicles clean and orderly.
• Receive and complete daily work orders with the team.
• Supervise scheduled PMs and inspect equipment for proper function.
• Maintain electronic records of repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts and test.
• Oversee piping systems and related hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
