Qualifications

• Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance of the community.
• Schedule preventative maintenance, inspections, nighttime lighting audits, and janitorial services.
• Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and monitor safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests from residents and team members promptly.
• Audit key tracking system daily and weekly.
• Coordinate all contracted services and bids; track invoices for timely payment.
• Maintain inventory and purchase maintenance materials and supplies.
