Job summary
Airtech is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities and repair schedules using the existing CMMS. You will adjust, repair and maintain extrusion, conversion and facility equipment with responsibility for production and quality.
Lead a maintenance team, assign tasks, and perform troubleshooting while performing preventive maintenance to maximize uptime. Schedule is 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with competitive benefits and retirement plan.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years' industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience as Maintenance supervisor or equivalent.
- High school diploma; technical school certificate or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance activities and repair schedules using CMMS.
- Adjust, repair and maintain extrusion, conversion and facility equipment for production and quality.
- Lead maintenance team; assign tasks and provide hands-on troubleshooting.
- Perform preventive maintenance and analyze equipment issues to minimize downtime.
