Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Sandy Springs to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property meets policies and standards. You will manage service requests, supervise a maintenance team, and uphold safety and quality across all units.

The role requires at least 3 years in property management, 1 year supervisory experience, and preferred EPA/HVAC certifications. Competitive benefits, on-call duties, and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience in property management.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in property management.
• EPA or HVAC certifications preferred.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, and local, state and federal regulations.
• Manage service requests and ensure unit make-ready standards are met.
• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Conduct safety inspections and maintain curb appeal and cleanliness.
