Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools, including power tools.
• Positive relationship management with internal and external contacts.
• Previous property maintenance and handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and manage daily upkeep tasks.
• Assist in interviewing and training maintenance personnel.
• Maintain records and logs for safety and compliance.
• Provide 24-hour response to service requests.
