Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a West London site. You will oversee 8 engineers (2 on shift at a time), ensure toolbox talks, confirm ppm sign‑offs, and manage client/manager requests. Strong maintenance background and Level 3 electrical/m mechanical quals are required, with the ability to pass security checks.

Hours are 8–5, Monday to Friday. The role offers a salary around 55K plus benefits, with overtime and progression opportunities within a supportive company.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 electrical or mechanical.
• Proven maintenance experience.
• Ability to pass security check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 8 engineers across shifts, ensuring only 2 are on site at a time.
• Conduct toolbox talks and verify engineers have ppm documentation signed off.
• Coordinate with client and managers and address requests.
• Maintain orderly paperwork and records.
• Assist engineers with technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Report progress and issues to the maintenance manager.
