Team EMBREY

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Supervisor.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will contribute to increasing retention rates and occupancy percentages by maintaining and improving the physical property.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance within the maintenance team.
• Improve processes and find efficiencies in workflow.
• Troubleshoot and implement cost-saving techniques; recommend improvements.
• Lead in the management, training, and retention of quality employees.
• Review pending work orders and allocate them appropriately.
• Maintain budget overages on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Handle property maintenance issues, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs, negotiating vendor contracts, and conducting inspections.
• Review turn and make-ready schedules and delegate work accordingly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance.
• Experience utilizing Yardi software.
• At least three years of experience as a manager or supervisor.
• HVAC certification.
• Pool certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.

Required Testing

• Criminal background check, non-DOT testing, MVR.

Position Details

• Hourly rate — hourly/non-exempt, based on experience.
• Full-time position.
