C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead teams responsible for predictive and preventative maintenance, machine repair, and continuous improvement within a high-performing manufacturing environment.
You will develop maintenance systems, supervise staff, and collaborate with Production to minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance. Strong leadership, problem solving, and TPM knowledge are essential.
Proficient use of computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), and other related applications or software. Advanced technical skills in ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler, compressed air, mechanical, and electrical fields (e.g. PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical engineering, etc.) and is able to lead resource planning efforts in a large manufacturing environment. Advance knowledge in PSM and RMP. Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, inventory and scheduling software. Strong leadership skills (conflict resolution, facilitation, change management skills, decision making, empowerment and delegation), preferred. Able to lead problem solving and troubleshooting efforts associated with high-level process issues. Good planning and priority setting skills. Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment. Bilingual is a plus.

Work involves daily exposure to unusual elements such as dirt, dust, fumes, darkness and/or noise. Seasonal exposure to weather elements includes, but is not limited to, extreme temperatures, wetness, and humidity. Work environment involves daily exposure to physical risks such as working around mechanical equipment, forklifts, chemical hazards, and electrical hazards. Position requires the ability to sitting frequently at a desk, walking around the office and plant; carrying packages up to 50 pounds; utilizing fine dexterity; reaching and kneeling on a daily basis.

The salary range for this role is: $71,880.00 - $127,599.00 Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. C.H.
