Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in residential property maintenance or similar field.
• CFC and HVAC certification required.
• Strong training in plumbing and electrical systems.
• Expertise in general apartment maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical).
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing and completing apartment maintenance and repairs.
