Job summary

Conifer Realty seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for affordable housing in Mansfield, PA. You will supervise a maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction across communities.

Required are 5+ years in maintenance with leadership experience, HVAC certification, and strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance. Competitive benefits and on‑call rotation offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on‑call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff to uphold Conifer’s quality and safety standards.
• Manage work orders, make‑ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.
• Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
• Assist with repairs, groundskeeping, and seasonal tasks when needed.
