Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, comply with company and brand standards for safety and standards.
• Manage preventative maintenance programs for equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems.
• Perform maintenance in guest rooms and public spaces; ensure pool and spa maintenance meets standards and regulations.
• Follow departmental procedures for repairs, maintenance, and installations safely and neatly.
• Delegate, supervise, and participate in maintenance programs; schedule preventative maintenance.
• Assist departments with guest requests and concerns.
• Educate staff on emergency procedures and safety.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Drive hotel shuttle as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred.
• At least 1 year in hotel maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
