Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete work orders, routine maintenance, and make-ready processes for vacant units.
  • Oversee cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds, amenities, and common areas.
  • Inspect work performed by team members and contractors to ensure quality standards.
  • Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, and assist in budgeting for repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety laws.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to residents' maintenance requests.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; experience in property maintenance preferred.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • EPA certifications (Type I and II or Universal), valid driver’s license, and ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts.
Additional Information
