Ford Energy seeks an experienced operations leader to drive safety, quality, and productivity across a manufacturing team. You will coach and develop staff, manage resources, and uphold rigorous standards to deliver reliable energy storage solutions.

In this role you’ll apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and MDMP principles, coordinating with cross-functional partners to optimize processes and performance in a fast-growing energy division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–7+ years supervisory, manufacturing, or military experience.

You’ll have...

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3–7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Company: As Ford establishes a wholly owned subsidiary focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems, this role will initially be employed by Ford and is expected to transition to the subsidiary within one year.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
