Job summary

AllSTEM Connections, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in a high-volume food manufacturing facility. The role focuses on equipment reliability, safety, and collaboration with operations to maintain efficient production.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in maintenance, a solid mechanical background, and experience developing SOPs/PMs while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and GMPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Previous food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety requirements, GMPs, and maintenance practices in a food production environment.
• Experience supervising maintenance personnel and leading teams.
• Strong mechanical maintenance background.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, OPLs and PMs; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the maintenance team in a high-volume food manufacturing facility.
• Oversee maintenance personnel and drive equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and GMPs.
• Partner with operations to support safe and efficient production.
• Coach and develop staff and hold employees accountable.
