Job summary

iLocatum is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift at our Tar Heel, NC facility to lead the maintenance backbone of a fast-paced food production plant. You will drive uptime, safety, and efficiency across equipment, utilities, and the powerhouse.

Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in preventive, predictive, and repair work; train teams on safety; build maintenance systems, SOPs, and TPM processes; coordinate with Production to minimize downtime; track KPIs and ensure USDA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field plus 2+ years relevant experience (or equivalent combination).
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring maintenance staff.
• Background in food manufacturing (meat processing a plus).
• Ammonia refrigeration experience preferred.
• Strong technical grasp of mechanical and electrical systems, PLCs, and instrumentation.
