Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Selah, WA to lead a team of technicians and mechanics in a high‑volume food and beverage facility.

The role focuses on driving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across plant operations. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate and a competitive salary range is offered.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2–3 years in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role.
Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment; food and beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment, controls, and automation systems.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms, preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working knowledge of GMPs, food safety, OSHA regulations, and other manufacturing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team of approximately 10-17 technicians, mechanics, and multi-craft employees.
Drive equipment reliability through effective troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and downtime reduction initiatives.
Support electrical, mechanical, automation, and facility maintenance activities in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
Partner with Operations to prioritize maintenance resources, improve plant performance, and execute maintenance and capital projects.
Promote a culture of safety, food quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring maintenance best practices are followed.
