  • Partner with Production, Quality, and Sanitation to meet production goals while maintaining product quality.
  • Drive preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Investigate equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Audit and improve preventive maintenance procedures to increase equipment reliability.
  • Ensure work orders and preventive maintenance activities are completed accurately and documented within the CMMS.
  • Train and mentor maintenance and production employees on proper equipment operation and maintenance practices.
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling, workload management, employee development, performance evaluations, and corrective action when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, USDA, OSHA, EPA, DEQ, and all company food safety and environmental standards.
  • Participate in overtime and weekend coverage as business needs require.
What We're Looking For

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Five or more years of industrial maintenance experience, including previous supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or another high-speed manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.
  • Working knowledge of conveyors, pumps, motors, valves, compressors, packaging equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Experience using a CMMS to manage maintenance work orders and equipment history.
  • Strong understanding of root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, USDA, and OSHA requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Physical Requirements
