Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor

About the Position: We're looking for a hands-on leader who's passionate about keeping our properties in tip-top shape. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall physical condition of our properties and leading a team to ensure everything runs smoothly. This includes everything from general maintenance and repairs to managing inventory for equipment and supplies. You'll also be a mentor, training your team and ensuring high-quality work every step of the way.

Here's What You'll Do: (Variety of work)

  • Oversee the upkeep of apartment units, buildings, and grounds
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues
  • Manage inventory for maintenance equipment, parts, and supplies
  • Mentor and train your maintenance team to deliver excellent results
  • Coordinate with the Community Manager to meet property goals
  • Diagnose and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
  • After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal

What You'll Need:

  • At least 3 years of maintenance experience and proficient in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
  • Leadership skills to guide and inspire your team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A valid driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance
  • EPA Certification required, Pool certification preferred
