Bluecore Residential in New Brunswick is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage work orders and make-ready tasks, uphold safety standards, and drive quality while keeping to budget.

Ideal candidates have EPA Type II or Universal and CPO certifications, strong team leadership, and proficiency with Yardi and Sparkle. We value transparency, urgency, and resident-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required.
• CPO certification must be obtained within 3 months.
• Reliable transportation required for all job duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to budget and ensure 7 day unit turn.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours and ensure timely make-ready.
• Inspect and repair all areas of the community while ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Maintain records in Yardi and use Sparkle for inspections.
• Collaborate with office staff to ensure resident satisfaction.
