Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to protect and enhance property value while elevating resident experiences. You will handle maintenance requests, assist with repairs, and maintain curb appeal across the community.

Your role involves ensuring apartments are ready for move-ins, overseeing turnovers, and coordinating with the Community Manager on issues requiring attention, including emergencies. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance, plumbing, or electrical industries.
• 2+ years HVAC experience.
• Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs. and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and keep grounds and buildings well cared for.
• Assist with repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Ensure apartments look their best before new move-ins.
• Oversee apartment turnovers and communicate issues to management.
• Respond to emergencies per policy.
