Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant industry experience (maintenance, plumbing, electrical)
• 2+ years of HVAC experience
• Property management experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and basic maintenance skills
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and stand 8-10 hours

Responsibilities

• Ensure the property maintains exceptional curb appeal and is well cared for.
• Assist with repairs and general maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork consistently.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and oversee turnovers.
• Communicate maintenance issues to the Community Manager for action.
• Respond to emergencies per policy and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
